of the dead” covered a sandy stretch 50 km long. More than 80
pyramids, hundreds of tombs and mastabas bearing colored paintings
which represent the daily life of the ancient Egyptians. Giza
pyramids and the sphinx built 4600 years ago for the pharaohs
Khepos, Khefren & Mykerinos. Sakkara steps Pyramids, built 4700
years ago for the pharaoh Djeser, the first rocky construction in
history .

A-Pharaonic trips:
1-Memphis, Sakkara & Dahshour:
Sakkara is 27-Km Southwest of Cairo. Including a visit to the
step Pyramids of Sakkara (The first proper Pyramids built for the
king Zoser, it is considered evolution of the Pyramid from the
simple Mastaba to the Pyramid in its known form) Followed by a
visit to The Pyramids of Unas & Oser-Kaf the Mastaba. Tomb of
Mereruka, Ti & Pta-Hotep (carved and painted tombs), Then Memphis
the ancient capital of Egypt where Colossal Statue of Ramses II
and the great Alabaster Sphinx, followed by lunch. and Dahshour
excluding lunch.
2-Beni Hassan (El MEnya)
Leave the hotel by private car to Abu-Korkas
Cross the river Nile at Abu-Korkas by motor-lunch. Donkey ride to
the rock Tombs of Beni-Hassan, where interesting paintings of the
old and middle Kingdom are visited. Return to Minieh using the
same transportation.
3-Tell Amarna, Ashmounein and Touna El Gebel
Early morning leave by car from your hotel to Tell Amarna. And
take tractor to the Rock Tombs of Tell El Amarna, once Queen
Nefertari and King Akhenaton's Capital. Visit the three main Tombs
facing the valley. (Including donkey ride or jeeps, the visit to
these Rock Tombs
From the East side cross again the Nile to the West Bank and by
car proceed to Touna El Gebel where you should arrive at around
noontime. A lunch picnic basket will be served at a rest house.
The Temple of Petosiris, the Roman wheel, Baboons and the Ibis
Cemeteries, will then be visited.
4- (Pyramids, Sphinx, Memphis And Sakkara) :
We start by visiting Memphis the ancient capital of Egypt
where colossal statue of Ramses II and the great Alabaster Sphinx,
then to visit Sakkara the step Pyramid of Zoser, after lunch we
will visit the papyrus institute then a visit to the old Pyramids
of Giza., free time for photographing and Camel riding. We will
continue to see The Sphinx and The Valley Temple.

7-Pyramids - Sakkara, Abu Sir & Dahshur
This tour is for pyramid - lovers and archeology enthusiasts.
First visit the Abu Sir pyramids of principal 5th- dynasty
pharaohs, Sahure, Niuserre and Neferirkare. The vast Tomb of
Ptahshepses has been recently restored and well worth the visit.
Next visit the oldest of all pyramids, the Step Pyramid and
funeral complex of the 3rd-dynasty pharaoh Djoser, dating back to
2500 BC. Continue through the desert to visit the Red and Bent
pyramids at Dahshur, dating back to the 4th-dynasty.
8-The Suez Canal area & Tanis
Driving the car to San el Hagar (Tanis) the delta capital of
Ramses II and than, Departure from Cairo in the early morning. Via
the agricultural road passing by a small town called Zagazig and
the site of Bubastis where the cat was worshiped in ancient times.
Visit the ruins of Tanis, and then proceed to Ismailia on the Suez
Canal for lunch. Return to Cairo by the desert road. N.B. prior to
the visit of Bubastis and Tanis a special permission is to be
obtained from the Department of Antiquities in Cairo.
9-Pharaonic village and Khan El-Khalili
Visit to the Pharaonic Village (A beautiful trip including a
show of Ancient Egyptian daily work by people wearing Pharaonic
clothes).
Followed by a visit to Khan El-Khalili bazaars (a center
displaying Eastern goods such as spices perfumes, gold, silver,
carpets, brass, copperware, ceramics & mashrabia). Lunch follows.
10-The Pharaoh village
Take a step back in time; about three thousand years back, to
be exact. Just a few miles from the center of Cairo is a time
machine waiting to take you on a fantastic journey to the days of
the Pharaohs, a time brought to life by an incredible group of

1-Islamic & Christian Cairo
Your tour of Islamic Cairo begins with the 12th century
Citadel of Saladin. Within the walls of this medieval fortress is
Alabaster Mosque and the Qasr El-Gawahara or Jewel Palace built by
Mohamed Ali, on a site which was once occupied by Mameluke and
Ottoman palaces. Next you visit the Mosque of lbn Tulan, built in
876 AD, the oldest original mosque in Cairo. Continue to Christian
Old Cairo, where the Romans constructed the fortress of Babylon.
Built over the ruins of the two towers of this fortress is the
Church of St. Mary or El-Moallaqah (meaning overhanging or
suspended) which is why the most popular name for this church is
the hanging Church. Visit the Church of St. Sergius, founded at
the end of the 4th century; it stands on a crypt that is said to
have sheltered the Holy Family during their flight to Egypt. Your
tour ends with a visit to the Coptic Museum, containing the
world's richest collection of Coptic art and treasures.
2-Old Cairo:
We start by visiting The Old part of Cairo, as Egypt was one
of the first countries to embrace Christianity. We visit The
Church of Abu-Sergah and St. Barbara, The Hanging Church, and The
Coptic Museum which has a large collection of Coptic arts and
antiquities dating from 300-1000, and we will also visit The Old
Jewish Synagogue Ben Ezra Synagogue.
3-The Citadel & Old Cairo:
We start by visiting the Old part of Cairo, as Egypt was one

It is a small town in the South West of Cairo which has a rich

Lake Qaroon: This covers an area of 200 Km2 and is ideal for
fishing, duck shooting, rowing and swimming. The duck flocks to
it, escaping from the cold European climate. Water-Wheels: There
are about 200 of them, which are used to draw underground water
and irrigate agricultural lands. Ein Sellen, This small village
has beautiful scenarios, lush greenery, thermal water and a new
hotel. Archaeological sites the Pyramid of Amenemhat III, one of
the kings of the 12th Dynasty that dates from the 19th century BC
about 14 km from Fayoum. The Village of Ahoom III where the
pyramid of Senouseret II is situated, one of the kings of 12th
dynasty.
